Greek Strategos

A Greek Strategos (General).

I painted it on "commission" for a friend who plays my role playing campaign in the "Mythic" Greece.
His character is a Son of the Goddess Athena. He wants an unified Greece, and so he enlists in the "Seven against Thebes" war, defending the city of Thebes from untold numbers of enemies.

I used various references but mostly drawn on my fantasy.
It was a long time I wanted to paint something of the ancient greece.

All painted in Photoshop, with my custom brushes here and there.
